Subaru Legacy Concept to debut at Detroit Motor Show

Now when Subaru has withdrawn from WRC due to global financial crisis, one would think that there is no way that Subaru would be introducing anything new in the near future.

Wrong! Already in January at the Detroit Motor Show they will pull the wraps of the Legacy Concept. To keep things interesting they have released a teaser image showing the concept’s front.

Legacy series is celebrating its 20th anniversary next year. Produced in Gunma, Japan and Lafayette, Indiana USA, global production has exceeded 3.6 million units. So emotionally this is a good time to introduce something totally new.

According to Subaru the concept will showcase the direction of future Legacy design. From the teaser image we can see flared wheel arches and lower fascia that make the concept more aggressive than any Legacy we have ever seen.
